Welcome to the Joining Forces Development Tracker, which tracks development of affordable housing in Evanston, Illinois, and is growing to include other municipalities in surrounding suburbs in northern Cook County. The tracker shows the following, as available:
  • Name and address of the development
  • Total number of units in the development (affordable and market rate combined)
  • The affordability first proposed in a formal application and discussed in committee
  • The current status of the development and the affordability approved at final disposition
