Joining Forces recently expanded into Lake County, and is advocating for affordable housing in the following ways:

Supporting Live Well Lake County coalition 

Joining Forces for Affordable Housing's Associate Director of Lake County, Liz Nelson, is the co-chair of Live Well's Housing Action Team  

Objectives: 

1. Educate and influence levers of change about affordable housing. 
2. Assess gaps in current housing system and build a model for a comprehensive “dream” system for coordinated entry to use for buy in and advocacy for affordable housing.
