October 13 - Bad Zoning Laws Are Why We Can't Have Nice Things
Joining Forces and Connections for the Homeless are launching our Equitable Zoning Reform Campaign with the Bad Zoning Laws Are Why We Can’t Have Nice Things public forum. This event has a great lineup of speakers, including Mayor Daniel Biss; Sol Anderson, President and CEO of Evanston Community Foundation; Kimberly Holmes Ross, ED of Cradle to Career; and others! In addition to releasing our own Equitable Zoning Report and Recommendations, we will share a toolkit and calendar of workshops designed to help everyone and anyone understand why good zoning reform can help make our community stronger. If you’ve never cared about zoning before, you will after this event! If you haven't already, you can RSVP and share the details with anyone you think should join us. Details:
